Will is a Navigator with a demonstrated history of success in Grand Prix yacht racing. He is skilled in sailing, navigation, data analysis, weather routing, public speaking and coaching/training.

Will trained and worked as a marine ecologist on the Great Barrier Reef for 20 years prior to taking up sailing full time. His degree was a Bachelor of Science with Honours, focused on Quantitative Marine Ecology. This was obtained from James Cook University.
Will holds an AMSA commercial Marine Masters ticket (for vessels to 24m) and has both RYA and Australian Sailing Yachtmaster Ocean certifications to Instructor level.

Outside of sailing Will enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and competitive ocean swimming.
