Service Description

This course requires fundamental navigation knowledge and skills, a basic knowledge of Expedition and a computer with the latest version of Expedition. The course follows on from the introductory course. We consolidate your basic knowledge then introduce more advanced topics including 1. Using multiple weather models 2. Using Sail Charts, 3. Georeferencing weather images and using satellite imagery. 4. Introducing wave gribs. We then spend more time on interpreting the output and using the results to help you make fast safe passages and for the racers, smart tactical decisions. More dates and times on request.
