Service Description

This course follows on from the Introductory and Intermediate Expedition courses and comprehensive knowledge of the topics covered in these courses is assumed. Participants should have completed these courses or at least be an experienced navigator to get the most out of the course. The course is 7 hours (over 3 sessions), with the last session an interactive Q and A. Topics covered include: The Big Picture (Synoptic weather/ land interactions) Race Preparation: Race docs, Historical analyses, Timelines Evaluating GRIB data (Which grib?)
